Week of May 28- June 1
* Book order is due on Tuesday, May 29
* We are going on a field trip on Wednesday, May 30 to Charlottetown. We will be going on the Factory tour at Cows followed by a trip to Charlottetown Rural High School to share our writing with the Creative Writing class there. The trip will cost $3.00 for the tour plus some extra if the students would like to buy an ice cream at Cows. We are taking our lunch with us to eat at the picnic tables. So remember to take a packed lunch that day (no microwaveable items please)
* I am so proud of my students for having their stories handed in on time. I could tell that they felt very good handing them in. We have been working hard on time management skills and breaking the work up into small chunks so everything doesn't get left until the last minute.
* Social Studies project is due on Thursday, May 31.
* Six sleeps until build day! My dad and I will be there with bells on to volunteer. If you haven't signed up yet, do so soon!
* Congratulations to all of the students who participated at the track meet on Thursday. You made our school very proud.
* Have a great week everyone!
